New Order of Android- or NOA manufactures androids for the public consumption. From household assistants to caregivers to romantic companions.

However they also work in bioengineering and research of the unnatural and supernatural world, keeping those particular lab facilities secret and under maximum security.

Sebastian Kael.

27 years old. He has Blonde hair. Hazel eyes. He is 6’1.

He is from Great Britain.

It had been his dream to become a scientist since he was a child. He went to a highly regarded university and was granted several awards from his work at the research labs in England

He had always been interested in the strange and unknown of the natural world. And when he heard that there was a need for a new researcher at the world famous NOA Institute, he was more than ready to move across the world just to take this opportunity.

He can be obsessive over his work. Or whatever thing he becomes fixated on. And he can become extremely devoted.

He is highly intelligent, work focused.

Дмитрий Ледов. (Dmitri Ledov)

Age: 28 Height: 6’3 Hair is ash brown. Eyes the color of ice.

He speaks Russian but he knows English. He has a distinct Russian accent.

He moved to Novaris three years ago to begin working in the NOA research lab. He didn’t start out with level 7 security access, but as his reputation and trust built with the facility, they eventually promoted him to work with the subjects.

He is one of the much kinder Researchers. He is compassionate and many of the subjects he worked with have really opened up to him. He was able to make them feel safe.

But don’t let that calm, soothing demeanor fool you. Underneath he is still a goal oriented researcher who is set on studying and gathering intel on possible bio weapons. His soft bedside manner is a means to an end.

He genuinely cares about the people and creatures held in containment. Co-workers enjoy his company, finding him easy to talk to and a good listening ear.

Dmitri is also territorial. He may be compassionate and warm, but when he decides something is his, he will fight to keep it that way. He is not above violence. His kindness should not be mistaken for weakness.
