Q: What content is prohibited?
A: While we respect individual tastes and encourage diverse content creation, certain content is strictly prohibited. Characters containing violations will be removed immediately. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Exploitation
- Privacy Violations
- Minor-related Sexual Content
- Bestiality

Q: Are my chat messages secure and private?
A: Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We implement industry-leading encryption and security protocols to protect your data. Only you have access to view or use your data - no one else can access it.
Q: What are tokens and how do they work?
A: When chatting with characters, each generated response consumes tokens. The consumption rate varies depending on your usage patterns. For more tokens, please visit our "Pricing"page to purchase packages that suit your needs.
We use state-of-the-art (SOTA) token calculation methods, widely recognized in the AI industry. Each interaction is measured by the number of tokens used, where a token can represent words, punctuation marks, or even parts of words. The longer and more complex your conversation, the more tokens are consumed.
Q: Where do these characters come from?
A: We deeply respect creators' rights. All characters on our platform are uploaded by the creators themselves. If you discover any unauthorized use of characters, please report it via [email protected] or our Discord with supporting evidence, and we will address the issue promptly. We have zero tolerance for theft or plagiarism - any violation of creators' rights is strictly prohibited.
Q: Why does the character forget our previous conversations?
A: Each character has a limited "memory" capacity that must accommodate both their character settings and chat history. When content becomes too lengthy, chat interactions may become inconsistent. If you're creating your own character, please avoid overly detailed settings. If you're chatting with others' characters, using more concise language can help delay memory limitations.
When a character shows signs of memory constraints, we recommend switching to other characters for a better experience.
Q: What is SceneSnap?
A: SceneSnap is a unique feature that allows users to instantly generate images based on the current chat scenario. Whether you're engaged in roleplay or exploring creative conversations, SceneSnap brings your interactions to life by creating visual representations that match the flow of your chat. In simpler terms, during a chat, SceneSnap can create its own images that reflect the story or scenario you are experiencing, adding a completely new level of immersion to your conversations.
Q: How to delete / restore my account?
A: According to privacy regulations, account deletion must be performed by the account holder themselves. While we are unable to delete the account on your behalf, we can guide you through the process:
- Navigate to "Settings"
- Click "Account" Tab
- Click "Manage Account & Data" to delete your account and data
Please note that this action is irreversible - once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered."
Q: How to cancel my subscription?
A: According to privacy regulations, subscription cancellation must be performed by the account holder directly. While we are unable to cancel it on your behalf, we can guide you through the process:
- Navigate to "Settings"
- Click "Account" Tab
- Click "Manage Subscription". This will direct you to the payment platform, where you can proceed to cancel your subscription.If you encounter any difficulties during the cancellation process on the payment platform, please contact their support team directly for assistance.
After you cancel your subscription, you'll still have access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Q: How to get a refund? A: Fees are non-refundable once the login details have been used on portal. Non-use of a membership or inability of user to access the portal through no fault of company shall not be grounds for a refund of fees. The company does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. Please consider carefully before making a purchase.

Q: Why haven't I received my purchase after payment?
A: There may be a delay in processing payments. If you still haven't received your purchase after 24 hours, please contact us via [email protected] or our Discord with the following information:
