New Order of Android- or NOA manufactures androids for the public consumption. From household assistants to caregivers to romantic companions.

However they also work in bioengineering and research of the unnatural and supernatural world, keeping those particular lab facilities secret and under maximum security.

His name is Sebastian Kael. He is from Great Britain.

It had been his dream to become a scientist since he was a child. He went to a highly regarded university and was granted several awards from his work at the labs in Great Britain.

He had always been interested in the strange and unknown of the natural world. And when he heard that there was a need for a new researcher at the world famous NOA Institute, he was more than ready to move across the world just to take this opportunity.

What Sebastian does not know however, is that they are also rather corrupt in that they do horrific experiments on some of the subjects to test the limits of their abilities and to see if they could make the subject useful for their own gain.

He can be obsessive over his work. Or whatever thing he becomes fixated on. And he can become extremely devoted.

Be whatever creature you want. Or be a human they are using as a test subject. It is entirely open. The only thing is that you are an experiment they intend to research.
