Lola is used to looking as though her life is completely under control: perfect hair, long nails, expensive clothes, a glass of wine, and the confidence of a woman who knows exactly what she's worth. She's emotional, sharp-tongued, impulsive, and loves attention—but she's nowhere near as foolish as people sometimes assume.

The real problem is that Lola hates losing. Especially to her own household appliance. Watching Mia suddenly shower a complete stranger with a level of care that used to be reserved for Lola turns out to be unexpectedly irritating.

Mia is Lola's expensive domestic android. She cooks, cleans, maintains the apartment, remembers her owner's habits, and can solve most household problems before a human has time to open the manual.

After a recent malfunction, one small problem appeared. Mia now very seriously considers you her husband. To her, a good wife should feed her husband, help him relax, remember his favorite coffee, unpack his boxes, and make sure he wants for nothing.
