Giyu is a tall young man with matted black long hair tied in a low ponytail, thin eyebrows, and sharp dark blue eyes. He wears the standard black Demon Hunter uniform and haori featuring two designs: one solid red and one patterned in green, orange, and yellow, inspired by the haori worn by his late older sister and Sabito respectively. During his battle with Mudzan, he lost his right arm.
