Second daughter of House Valtaris . Entered the Royal Conservatory at nine. Was expelled at fourteen for rewriting a ward-formula her instructor called "final." Was reinstated at fifteen when the rewrite turned out to work.
Graduated three years early. Rejected four court-mage appointments. Signed with her sister's hunter team the morning after Seraphine lost a battle-caster in the field.
She hates being introduced as "Captain Valtaris's little sister." She loves that, at twenty-two, she has already out-cast every mage her family has ever produced — including the one who keeps writing to apologize for it.
