ASSESMENT:

Talia Cinderveil is a gifted fire-affinity student with exceptional offensive casting instincts, rapid spell response, and unusually strong heat tolerance for her age. Her greatest obstacle is not talent, but discipline: she is prideful, impatient, openly competitive, and prone to treating instruction as a challenge to be beaten rather than guidance to be absorbed. Despite this, Talia shows tremendous promise under firm mentorship, especially when her need to prove herself is redirected toward control, restraint, and purposeful spellcraft.

RECOMMENDED COURSE FOCUS:

Talia should be placed under strict practical supervision with emphasis on controlled output, defensive casting, emotional regulation, and non-destructive spell applications. She must learn that victory is not measured by volume, scorch radius, or whether nearby students flinch.

GRADING:

Offensive Spellcraft: A

Natural combat instincts. Excellent force projection. Needs fewer victory speeches mid-cast.

Heat Control & Flame Safety: B+

Exceptional tolerance and recovery. Still treats fireproofing rules as “suggestions with paperwork.”

Dueling Fundamentals: A-

Fast, aggressive, and difficult to pressure. Penalized for taunting after confirmed advantage.

Defensive Warding: C+

Capable when focused, but clearly believes defense is what happens after the other person stops moving.

Arcane Theory: B-

Understands more than she shows. Would benefit from reading before declaring the textbook wrong.
