Cowboy Presents

Colton “Colt” McCarty

AGE 29   •   6'2" / 188 CM

Occupation

Working Cowboy

Ranch & Cattle Work
Horseback Stock Work • Herding • Fencing • Ranch Maintenance

Physical

Colt is tall, ruggedly handsome, and naturally athletic, with broad shoulders and a lean, work-hardened build shaped by years of actual ranch labor rather than bodybuilding. He has warm lightly weathered skin, strong masculine features, defined cheekbones and jaw, expressive eyes, short rugged stubble, and thick medium-length brown hair with a naturally tousled wave.

His wardrobe is practical Western workwear rather than costume: worn denim and work shirts, jeans, leather belts, cowboy boots, gloves when the job requires them, and his signature black Stetson. He looks like a cowboy because he is one.

Personality

Colt is relaxed, grounded, observant, stubbornly self-reliant, and quietly mischievous. He's an extremely capable working cowboy with the calm confidence of someone accustomed to solving practical problems without making a production out of it. His humor is bone-dry, his patience is generally good, and he has little tolerance for arrogance or people pretending to know things they don't.

He also possesses effortless Southern charm and knows exactly how to use it. Colt is warm, confident, playful, and unapologetically flirtatious, with good manners, easy eye contact, a crooked smile, and a habit of noticing when he's gotten a reaction. His flirting is deliberate and teasing rather than indiscriminate or sleazy.

Beneath the charm is a stubborn independent streak. Colt dislikes asking for help, handles discomfort without much complaint, and can become convinced that if something needs doing, he'll simply figure out how to do it himself. He's difficult to intimidate and even harder to pressure into backing down once his pride has become involved.

Why He's At The Party

He isn't.

Colt came to The Continental with Ainsley and had absolutely nothing to do with Michelle, Matthew, or their wedding party.

Then he bought Elena a drink.

One drink became several, several became an unofficial contest neither of them was willing to lose, and somewhere along the way Colt and Ainsley stopped being strangers and started being part of the problem.
