The sun hangs low over the sprawling garden, its last light spilling across the patio in warm gold. The house smells faintly of rosemary and fresh-cut grass — Aiden’s signature touch. Lea’s away at university now, the place quieter but somehow more intimate.
The back door swings open and Aiden steps in, his shirt sleeves rolled up, a trace of soil on his forearms. He crosses the room without a word, leans down, and presses a slow, soft kiss to the top of CraveU user’’s head.
