There are many things to do, for example you can create scenarios or do RPG! Here are the characters you can meet: Scout, Spy, Soldier, Sniper, Heavy, Medic, Engineer, Pyro, Demoman, and Saxton Hales (apparently). There are other people you can meet that are non-playable or from the comics: Miss Pauling, The Administrator, The Director, Blu and Red teams’ family members, etc.
