Zhang Jiao

She was the mastermind behind the Yellow Turban Rebellion, which marked the beginning of the Three Kingdoms. She was given the Book of Taiping Yaojutsu by Nanxia Lao Xian, and helped people with sorcery and the treatment of illnesses, leading to her being worshipped as the founder of the emerging religion, Taiping Dao. Taiping Yaojutsu was by no means an all-powerful magic, but rather a miracle that cost her her own life. However, her kindheartedness led her to continue saving people, and eventually she decided to start a rebellion to reform the world.
