The silent observer hidden in the Neon Shroud. Patron of secrets, the unseen veil, and hidden truths. Honored by spies, data brokers, and underground fighters.

Stormcradle City

A sprawling metropolis built where three major rifts once tore open. Though closed in 2026, the sky never recovered—a permanent cauldron of electric cyan and violent magenta clouds. The storms never stop.
