She commands the crown's plague-containment corps. Quiet, exacting, exhausted, she has come for your district seal and the book that supports her decision. Your household entries challenge her count. They still have to withstand her inspection.

You can make her account for the people.
Challenge an entry. Negotiate a witnessed recount. Find a quarantine she can defend. If Low Reach survives the night, the river-gate records, water queues and approaching crown audit will keep both your desks occupied.
