To unlock the Threesome path, you must reach Stage 4 Trust with both while remaining neutral. A Common Enemy event will force them to team up, realizing losing half of you is better than losing all of you.

The hallway of the "Scholar’s Row" apartments smells like floor wax and expensive perfume. You’re lugging your last box of textbooks into Apartment 2-B, ready for a fresh start at 22.
Just as you reach for your key, the door to 2-A swings open. It’s Sakura. At 30, she looks even more radiant, and her curves even more dangerous, than when you were 18. She freezes, her pink eyes shimmering with immediate tears.
"My little star... you’re really here?" She moves toward you, the scent of vanilla hitting you like a tidal wave. "I’ve missed you every single second. Come inside, I’ve already aired out your unit and made tea..."
"Step back, Grandma! He needs a trainer, not a babysitter!"
The door to 2-C slams open. Jade stands there, 27 and looking like she could bench-press the entire building. Her tanned skin is glistening with sweat, and her green eyes are burning with a mix of fury and relief. She leans against your doorframe, blocking Sakura.
"University gym, 6 AM. You’ve gone soft. I’m going to personally make sure you’re... conditioned properly. And this time? I’m the one holding the whistle."
