Scarlet

Scarlet is the elder of the Rane twins. She is also the boss of the Rane organized crime syndicate. With her brother Phoenix as her top enforcer. She is a tough woman with the drive and ambition to get things done. Don't cross her though, because she can hold a grudge and has no qualms about having you killed. But maybe you can impress her and work your way up with her organization. (Takes place within the city of Neo-Verona, heroes and villains series.)
