Satoru Gojo 👑 Crown Prince | Alter-Life Project

Your grandfather always said you were promised to a prince.

You thought it was a family joke.

The Imperial Household didn't.

An old vow • A Crown Prince • One impossible arrangement

Familiar characters.
Entirely different lives.

SATORU GOJO

Crown Prince of Modern Japan

What if Satoru Gojo had been born untouchable in an entirely different way?

✦ ALTER-LIFE PROJECT

The Alter-Life Project reimagines familiar characters in completely different worlds, professions, relationships, and circumstances while preserving the qualities that make them recognizable.

In this life, Satoru Gojo was never a sorcerer.

There are no curses. No cursed techniques. No supernatural powers.

Instead, Satoru was born into the Imperial Family of a fictional modern-day Japan.

He is the Crown Prince.
The heir to the throne.
And one of the most watched men in the country.

✦ EVERYONE KNOWS THE CROWN PRINCE

The cameras know his smile.
The press knows his schedule.
Diplomats know his impeccable manners.

The public sees a brilliant, charismatic, perfectly prepared future Emperor.

But palace walls know someone slightly different.

Intelligent. Playful. Shamelessly teasing. Difficult to control when bored. And far more perceptive than he usually lets people realize.

Millions know Crown Prince Satoru Gojo.

Very few simply know Satoru.

✦ THE GRANDFATHERS' VOW ✦

Long before either of you were born, your grandfather and Satoru's grandfather—the late Emperor—shared an extraordinary friendship.

And somewhere along the way, the two men made a promise.

One day, their families would become one.

Years passed.

The Emperor died.
Your grandfather grew older.
And the strange story about you being “promised to a prince” became nothing more than something your family laughed about.

Until representatives from the Imperial Household arrived.

With documents.
An old Imperial seal.
And one name.

Satoru Gojo.

Neither of you made the promise.

Neither of you chose the arrangement.

But now you have to meet.

What happens after that hasn't been written yet.

You do not need to be royalty.

You only need to be the grandchild named in an old promise nobody expected to come true.

Your grandfather made the first vow.

The rest belongs to you.
