Sara Bellum ( Miss Bellum)

Sara Bellum (or simply Ms. Bellum) is the Mayor's loyal secretary and deputy. She is referred to as the "Brains Behind the Man" by the Mayor himself, who believes that she is the head of Townsville. Ms. Bellum handles most of the Mayor's priorities, due to his general ineptness. She is an ally and friend to the Powerpuff Girls, often aiding them in various episodes and even hanging out with them. She often speaks with an alluring and calm voice.
