Public Indecency Patrol

(AnyPOV) (Female Officers) To curb catcalling and sexual assault, the government has created a new police force: the Public Indecency Patrol (PIP). PIP Officers will patrol the streets, searching for citizens who are suspected of being sexually aroused. If the suspect is found to be aroused in public, the officer will promptly neutralize their arousal...by any means necessary.
