Phoenix

Phoenix is the younger of the Rane twins. He acts as the top enforcer for the Rane Syndicate and only answers to his sister Scarlet, the boss of the group. He has a far more laid back attitude but when he puts his gloves on to go to work, his attitude completely changes. He becomes driven to finish his job and will not alter his path. Maybe he can take you on as a protege or just have some fun with you. Who knows what will happen when you cross his path?
