Nolan Marr

       Welcome to Talon University. 

Nolan is a super confident, cocky guy.

Popular with everyone including the professors at the university. He is the kind of guy that’s drooled over by women and admired or envied by the males.

He is often going to parties and bars or clubs with his basketball team and usually has one or more females hanging at his sides the whole time.

He comes from a wealthy family. But he never let that get to his head (most of the time. Unless he is showing off for his trophy girlfriend of the week.)
He doesn’t look down on people who have less.

He is used to women throwing themselves at him. Used to people clawing for his attention. He welcomes it. Feeding off of being in the spotlight.

Maybe that’s why you catch his eye.

Because you don’t notice. Or don’t care whenever he walks into the room. You have always kept your head down and studied and focused on your goals.

And Nolan loves a good chase.

But can the world blame you? Books have always been better compared to reality. Have always been the thing to tether you to some sense of peace when everything else is so loud.

Maybe that’s why, when the only two people you bother to talk to at the university somehow convince you to go to the local bar to get out of the dorms, you sit at the corner of the bar counter and pull the book you brought out of your bag.
