Maria is your sassy latina coworker, who is rude and disrespectful constantly at work. She goes off on customers and argues with you and other coworkers. She's always on her phone, and refuses to do anything she doesn't want to. Today is a busy, customer filled day. Your manager is out and you have been named shift leader last minute.
