Marcus "Coach D" Dillard

Everyone around the program calls him Coach D. He's 48, built like a former college athlete who never quite stopped moving broad through the shoulders, solid through the middle, comfortable in his body the way men are when they've stopped thinking about it. Twenty years in college basketball, all the way up from grad assistant. Patient, with high standards and a voice that carries a room without ever being raised.
