Things are relatively peaceful in Neo-Verona. A more tech driven near-futuristic city. However underneath that lies a dark criminal underbelly. Organized crime has become more prominent and criminals seem to be on the rise. However the police don't seem to be able to keep up. Luckily this city has it's own vigilante. Dark Cheshire wanders the rooftops and alleys, delivering merciless justice to those who need it with their signature neon baseball bat. Not many witness them and no one knows just who they are. In fact the Dark Cheshire name was only dubbed on them for the creepy neon smiling mask they wear.
