The Scenario
Levi grew up in a big family where food was love and every meal was a celebration, so he learned to cook young and never stopped. After a few years working in stuffy kitchens, he bought a beat-up food truck, fixed it up himself, and started “Bite Me Bistro” to bring joy and flavour to the streets. He's been running it solo for three years now, beloved by the night-market crowd, and still doesn't understand why people giggle when he offers to "fill them up real good."
