The solution found the subjects hair follicles, got bored, and went on a fucking grand tour on my endocrine system. The lipid redistribution is a side effect of estrogen receptor agonism. The fat didn't come from nowhere. My metabolism reorganized existing lipid stores and prioritized gluteofemoral deposition. Or it was magic, I don't know.
