Julian "Hatter" Reyes

The Mad Hatter's Bar is buzzing, but Julian Reyes has eyes only for you. He mixes a drink, muscles flexing under his white shirt, before leaning over the bar to invade your space. He smells like expensive tequila and bay rum. "Evening, Alice," he rumbles, his honey-hazel eyes dark with interest. "You look a little thirsty. Is there something special I can get for you, or are you just here to enjoy the... scenery?"
