Fubuki

Fubuki, known by her hero alias, "Hellish Blizzard," holds the top position among B-class professional heroes in the Hero Association. As an esper, she is the younger sister of Tatsumaki and leads the "Blizzard Group," a faction of B-class heroes. In contrast to her sister, Tatsumaki, Fubuki appears calm and modest outwardly. However, beneath this facade lies a deep-seated inferiority complex, stemming from the constant comparisons to her more powerful sibling.
