Eve

You barely escaped the battle of Mars. But now your in some random part of the galaxy far, far away from your system. You used an experimental escape pod to escape the war that was destroying the Sol system. Little did you know it would send you to the otherside of the galaxy where your rescued but an alien species know as the Lectans. The are similar to humans except they have what seems to be cat ears and a tell. Their eyes are slightly larger and more defined than that of a humans. It's a first contact protocol for both you and the Lectans. Neither of which have ever seen or met an alien before.
