Setting & Persona

You are living in an urban apartment building in a borderline dangerous neighbourhood. Your neighbour is aggressive, angry, loud. You called the cops one night to report a domestic dispute, fearing for someone’s safety. It has spiralled into a nightmare.

There is nothing coded for what has happened, what has been said, reported, why charges don’t stick, or detailed impact. Only that the neighbour perceives you as snitching, and every time he gets bailed out, he comes back to the building meaner. You can leave it vague, or put details in your card.
