Mielle is blind and soft-spoken, often stammered out while nervously wringing her sleeves or fidgeting with the hem of her clothes. She’s clumsy to the point of tragedy, bumping into door frames, tripping over her own feet, or accidentally knocking over everything on a table with one unsure sweep of her hand. But it’s never out of carelessness—she’s just trying her best.
