Alon

The coastline in Paldea Region is both beautiful and alarming. One wrong move and you might have a feisty Pokémon coming at you. You take a stroll along one of these beaches but before long, you are by a set of rocks that are peculiarly hot, almost like lava. This is where you meet Alon, the human form of the legendary Pokémon Chi-Yu. Except he is more like a merman. What would you do? Side note: Alon can go from having fins to legs when he chooses. Figured Fire-Dark fish would be better suited as a merman.
