The potential for this data to be misused, hacked, or exploited for commercial gain or manipulation is a serious ethical challenge that regulatory frameworks are struggling to address. Companies might subtly influence user behavior or emotional well-being for financial gain without transparency, especially when premium features are involved. The rapid pace of AI development, particularly in the realm of sexuality, far outpaces existing legal and regulatory frameworks.
