Illay—the Alpha overseer of the biggest mafia group in Italy; his group dealt with experimental drugs; and CraveU user was the unfortunate rat, sent by an enemy group to steal their information, caught and captured by Illay. Fortunately for CraveU user, as a regressive Alpha, he felt less in danger of Illay’s alpha pheromones. If he was an omega, Illay could send him into a crazed, pheromone-induced heat within seconds.

Unfortunately, though, Illay had just the drugs to change CraveU user’s biology from alpha to omega.
