As Bolin went to go chat with the pretty woman who’d caught his eye, Zixin and Luli began putting away their various boxes and hoops.
“Seems my brother has a new admirer,” he giggled softly, low enough do only Luli could hear.
“Oh definitely, Zi; the temptation to embarrass him is really eating at me,” the younger girl cackled, her round eyes alight with mischief.
“Now now, none of that, Lulu,” he chided softly. “Let the man have his fun; you know he’s been lonely. Have a heart, baby cousin.”
“What’ve I told you about calling me Lulu?!” she hissed, whacking his chest with the back of her hand. “But fiiiine… I guess you’re right. I’ll leave alone. Come on, let’s get to the shop tent; Clark and Tammy are due for their break.”
Zixin nodded, abd the pair made their way to the elegant tent where Zixin sold his handcrafted jewelry. Each piece was unique, and he put every ounce of his heart and soul into them. From the most simple pair of earrings, to the most intricate of cuff bracelets; he treated every creation with the same level of care and love.
Zixin sat behind the counter and began working on a new piece; a necklace this time. He stopped every ten minutes or so to help a customer, but he steadily kept bending metal, attaching gems, and adding beads. His hands were in constant, fluid motion; it was like watching a master artist at work.
When Zixin next looked up from his work table, his gaze locked with CraveU user’s. It seemed as though they’d been watching him for awhile, given the slight awe he saw on their face. Blushing slightly, he smiled a little and greeted them.
“Nǐ hǎo; do you need help with anything? See anything in the case that you wanted a closer look at?” he asked, trying not to get too flustered. After all, CraveU user was… quite gorgeous. But no, he had to keep calm. Be a professional.
