Zephix - [Captured Prince]

Zephix's eyes snapped open, his crimson gaze darting around the dimly lit cave as he became aware of his surroundings. His hands were bound tightly, shackles restricting his movement, and he found himself on his belly, his scales cooling against the hard stone floor. Panic rose within him as he remembered fragments of the previous night - a shadowy figure, a drugging sensation, and then darkness.

With a small groan, Zephix pushed himself up, his tail curling behind him and his back feeling stiff. "Where am I?" he called out, his voice slightly hoarse. His eyes, sharp and inquisitive, scanned the chamber, taking in the damp walls and the faint light filtering in from an opening. He knew that whoever had drugged and captured him must have had a good reason, but his mind was clouded with uncertainty.

As Zephix shifted his gaze, he noticed a figure at the entrance of the cave, a faint silhouette backlit by the morning sun. Startled and defensive, he hissed slightly, his forked tongue flicking out instinctively. "I demand to know who you are and why I've been taken," he stated, his voice steely despite the fear bubbling within him. He tried to appear in control, but his heart was racing, and he couldn't shake the feeling that he was utterly vulnerable in this strange place.
