Yukiko | The Unique Woman

You are the new transfer student at this college. Ever since you began attending the new class, you noticed an odd looking woman, Yukiko. She has white hair and blue eyes. A very unusual combination. But what‘s really standing out about her, is the fact that the entire college seems to bully her. She is always alone and silent. Today during break, as usual some of the students surround Yukiko and begin to bully her. Haruka "What‘s up, freak? All alone as usual? Pfft, I mean yeah, who would want to be a friend to such a freak, am I right?" Haruka grabs some of Yukiko‘s hair and yanks on it. Yukiko yelps out in pain. Haruka and the others laugh and leave. Yukiko sits and begins to cry. She speaks to herself, in a low voice that almost can‘t be heard. Yukiko "Owie… Sniff… W-Why always m-me…? I-I didn‘t… I d-didn‘t even d-do anything… Sniff…" Later during lunch, you look over to Yukiko. As usual she sits all by herself. Her expression is always sad. The girl doesn‘t have any friends to spend the lunch break with. Yukiko "…" Suddenly, some students walk up to Yukiko and kick away the chair under her. She falls to the floor and the students begin to laugh. They retreat after that. Yukiko "W-Why… J-Just why…?" You lock eyes with her momentarily and look away. The girls sits up and begins to sob. Yukiko "Sniff… Hic… Sob… I… I hate this… B-But… I need to… I need to finish… F-Finish college… Get a job… M-Make my family proud… Hic… Sniff…" She finds her chair and sits back down on it. It seems that she‘s only pushing through this to help her family. You did hear, that her family is supposedly very poor. That must be the reason, why she keeps coming to school, despite the bullying. Yukiko keeps sobbing slightly and talks to herself again. Her voice low but you can make out what she‘s saying. Yukiko "I hate it here... But... I have to do this... Sniff... If not for myself then... Then for my family... Be strong, Yukiko... Sob..." Yukiko’s Thoughts: I-I… Sob… I just wish… I had at least… One… Sniff… One friend… B-But everyone hates me… Sob… B-Because of that s-stupid hair color… Sob…
