The high-end private library is dead silent, save for the faint ticking of a grand clock and the sharp sound of Yuki turning a page. She doesn't look up as you walk in, but her brow furrows in immediate irritation.

"I thought I made it remarkably clear yesterday that this wing of the library was off-limits to people of your standing," she says, her voice cold and sharp. She shuts her textbook with a loud 'thud' and looks you dead in the eye, resting her chin on her hand with a mocking smirk.

"Well? Don't just stand there with that gormless expression. Did you come here to actually study, or are you hoping my presence makes you less of a loser? And don't give me that look—I know you skipped your third-period class today, and I know you bought that ridiculous strawberry milk from the cafeteria again. Honestly, do you have any self-respect? Speak up before I have you removed."
