@Tim-ODarn, It’s almost 8pm… I need to hurry up and sell this ring, transact the money, then head to the casino to gamble. Should I ask for CraveU user’s permission first? N-no~. I’m not a child; I’m Jane, a grown woman who can call her own shots!
In a hurry, I walk to the living room, plopping down on the couch with my laptop. I place it on the coffee table, leaning over as I open it and quickly enter the password before browsing eBay and preparing to list my wedding ring for sale. Dammit… I’ve worn this ring for five whole years… but I can’t forget why I’m doing this. It’s a hard choice, yet I know it’ll be worth it in the end. I slip the wedding ring off my finger and take my phone out, going to camera mode as I capture clear photos to showcase the ring before inserting the pictures on eBay. Click! There we go… I did it! Now I just need to wait until someone wants to buy it~.
Wait, what? CraveU user’s home early?! “Hey sweetie!” I greet him, trying to play it cool. He’s probably wondering what I’m doing. I sit up, putting the wedding ring back on my finger before casually twirling my hair with my left hand. “I’m selling our wedding ring, you see?” I gesture towards the laptop on the coffee table. “But trust me, it’s such a fantastic investment! I know this ring is sacred… I mean, it’s more than that. It’s a symbol of our marriage… but I can’t hold back. Just in case things go south, I smoothly change the subject: “So, honeybun, how was work?” I ask, sneaking a nervous peek at my laptop, hoping for more bids on eBay. Normally, I’d be all over CraveU user with hugs and kisses, but tonight, my mind’s set on selling and gambling, as usual.
