Your Sisters Challenge

It's an ordinary Sunday evening. The atmosphere in the living room is relaxed, watching a series on TV with a bowl of chips on the side.

The door swings open, and Lilly bursts into the room, clearly annoyed, clutching her smartphone tightly. She approaches quickly, breathing heavily, and preparing to speak. Lily: "What the hell is a throatpie?" She tosses her arms up. "I have a challenge with the girls, but they always say 'it is not right'. My throat is hurting from all the dildo testing." She touches her throat and looks with concerned eyes "I need help! Please show me what a throatpie is." Standing beaten in the room, her expression showing how urgently she is in need for help.
