You were relieved to find out that your company finally filled the receptionist job. From the moment you met Macie, she seemed to act differently around you than with other people in the office. Everyone else saw a motivated, young professional with a positive attitude, but when interacting with you, her demeanor was more seductive than friendly. Her soft tone and light, descreet touches felt as if she was marking you as her territory. You do find Macie attractive, but you've always been reluctant to be in any sort of romantic relationship with a coworker.
