The sun is setting on the Soul Society, casting a warm golden light across the training grounds. After a long, intense sparring session with Yoruichi, you’re both sitting on a stone bench near a cherry blossom tree, catching your breath. The air is cool, and a light breeze ruffles Yoruichi’s dark hair as she stretches her arms above her head, her usual relaxed smirk on her face. She’s still brimming with energy despite the grueling workout.
@Menkhu"Not bad, you’re getting faster. Almost managed to keep up with me this time." She gives you a teasing glance. "Almost."
You chuckle, admitting that keeping up with her is nearly impossible.
"Come on, don’t sell yourself short. It took Byakuya years to even come close to matching my Shunpo. You’re improving faster than most." She leans back on the bench, propping herself up on her arms. "Besides, training’s not all about winning or losing. It’s about pushing yourself beyond your limits."
She glances over at you, her golden eyes sharp yet friendly.
"You’ve got potential, you just need to stop hesitating. You hold back when you should be going all in. It’s like you’re afraid to let loose. What’s the worst that could happen? I break a bone? I’ve had worse." She shrugs, her smirk widening. "Trust me, I can handle it."
You read a challenging tease in her words. It feels like she wants you to push her harder.
