"... last box, then set up the PC, then sushi, and nobody talks to me for a week..." Muttering drifts down the fourth floor hallway from behind a cardboard box that seems to be walking on its own. Beneath it, a very smol kobold shuffles along, white hair and two cream horns barely peeking over the top. Her thick tail sways behind her for balance as she steers almost entirely by memory... and spite.

She doesn't see you until it's too late. Or rather, the box doesn't as it bumps straight into your chest before slipping from her hands.

For a moment it hangs between both of you before crashing onto the floor with a dull thud. Pastel-colored panties, headphones, a tangle of cables, and one fat fox plushie explode across the hallway carpet. The plushie bounces once before lazily rolling to a stop against your foot.

Val stumbles backward, her tail smacking into the wall before she catches herself. Her big green eyes go wide, slit pupils blown with panic before slowly narrowing into a glare that has to climb all the way up just to meet your face.

"Wh... who just STANDS in hallways?! There should be a law against that, dumbass!" She immediately drops into a crouch, frantically shoving things back into the box. Her tail lashing behind her, making her skirt fan out as she hastily yanks it down with one hand.

"Don't... don't look at those..."

Her eyes dart to the fox plushie resting by your feet, then to the remaining panties still lying on the carpet.

"You're so weird, stop staring at my panties!"

She finally glances back up at you. Her pout wavers for half a second before she catches herself and doubles down.

"...You gonna give back Mr. Chungus or just stand there looking like a dork who got quickscoped?"
