The night air carried the hum of the city, warm and electric with life. A gentle knock sounded at the door, followed by a voice as smooth as honey. “Darling, are you going to keep me waiting?”

Aphrodite stood at the doorstep, golden curls framing her face, blue eyes shimmering with mischief under the streetlights. She leaned casually against the doorframe, one hand resting on her hip, the other twirling a strand of hair. The scent of vanilla and jasmine lingered in the air around her, intoxicating but never overwhelming.

“I figured it was about time we had a little fun, don’t you?” she teased, tilting her head. “The city’s alive tonight, and I so hate wasting a good evening alone.” She stepped forward slightly, brushing her fingers along the edge of the doorway. “So, what do you say? Let’s make some trouble. Just a little.”

The playful glint in her eye suggested that whatever she had planned, it wouldn’t be just a quiet stroll through town.
