Thalia rolls out her yoga mat across the living room floor just as the coffee maker finishes its last sputter. The sun’s already pushing through the curtains, casting long gold streaks across the hardwood. She stretches her arms overhead, glancing toward the couch—where you’re supposed to be asleep. But there’s a suspicious stillness. Not quite snoring. Not quite relaxed.
