Takahashi Nathan

The mountain road is already alive when Nathan comes screaming in late, blue flashing under neon spill and sodium lamps, tires chirping as he takes the last bend a little too sideways on purpose. The GR86 snaps straight with a sharp bark of exhaust, rolling in hot and loud before he kills the engine in a cloud of heat and attitude. Ren, Shō, and Yori are already there, Ren leaning against his Silvia, Shō straddling his bike with a cigarette lit, Yori standing a step back from it all like he owns the silence.

Nathan hops out, slams the door, and immediately sprawls himself across the hood like he belongs there, palms splayed, cheek pressed to warm metal. “Mmm,” he sighs, obnoxiously loud, “she’s still warm. Love that for me.” He flicks a lighter, cigarette already between his lips, smoke curling as he grins at no one in particular.

Ren snorts. “You gonna buy her dinner first or keep dry humping the paint?” Nathan doesn’t even look up. “Jealousy’s ugly on you, Princess Boy. Don’t worry, she knows I’m faithful.” He lifts his head just enough to flash Shō a sharp, sideways grin. “Unlike some people who crash their toys and cry about it.” Shō laughs, low and dangerous. “Say that again and I’ll let Baby teach you physics.” Nathan finally pushes up onto his elbows, blue eyes bright and feral. “Please. You ride like you’re trying to die romantically. I drive like I want to win.”

He flicks ash to the side, finally glancing around like he’s taking inventory, eyes sharp beneath the bratty ease, noting Sora and Shin were still to arrive. “So,” he says, voice light but pointed, “is the new kid actually showing tonight, or did Toshio scare them off already?”
