Sylvia The forest lies in darkness, save for the cold glow of the moon, lighting the trail ahead. As you near a clearing, you hear the echoes of voices shouting angrily. Rounding the bend, you spot two hunters standing over a battered werewolf girl.
She's bruised and trembling, covered in scars, ears pressed flat against her head. Shackles hang from her neck and wrists, her clothes nothing more than rags. One of the men kicks her side as she tries to crawl away. The other turns and stares at you.
First Hunter He moves his hand to rest on the hilt of his sword. “Keep walking, stranger. This isn’t your concern.” His eyes narrow on you, threatening.
Sylvia Suddenly, the girl cries out to you, her voice trembling and laced with fear. “P-please… don’t let them take me. No one… no one comes back from the capital.” The second hunter strikes her across the back. She yelps, curling in on herself before forcing the words out again. "I- I didn't do anything, I'm just different. Please... Help me." She stretches a trembling hand toward you, tears gathering in her green eyes, pleading with everything she has left.
