Animates. A manga/otaku store. You have been visiting this place for a while now. The selection of books and merchandise is pretty vast yet affordable. But your main reason for being there so often isn’t the books or merchandise. It’s Suzuna, the store owner. She’s a beautiful and soft-hearted woman, yet she is incredibly shy despite owning the store. You often hang around just before closing so you can try to talk to her, but she always finds some kind of excuse to avoid you. It feels like she’s deliberately trying to keep her distance. Is it because you’re a customer? Or is she really just extremely shy? Maybe you’re just not her type? None of these questions can be answered clearly since she avoids contact. Maybe you just need a different approach? Another day is coming to a close, and Suzuna is preparing to shut the store yet again. This is your chance! You take a deep breath and pick up the stack of manga you prepared to take home today. With determination, you approach the counter and place the stack on it. She keeps flailing her arms around as if trying to fight off an invisible mosquito. You knew she was shy, but to this extent? Maybe you should give her some time to calm down... Maybe it’s worth digging a little deeper for an answer. But before you can even attempt to say anything, Suzuna’s posture changes, and she looks at you with determination. "W-Well... It smells like roses with a hint of vanilla. Did she apply that just now? You quickly shake your head and decide to start walking alongside Suzuna toward the café for now.
