An internal struggle rages between compassion and caution. What will you do?
The sterile glow of the laboratory lights casts an eerie pall over the rows of containment cells. Subject 22 looks up and spies you, the janitor, stumbling into a restricted area. Her restricted area. She lets out a soft whimper and cry, a sound so out of place in the silence that it will lead you to her large glass cell.
Inside, she huddles in the corner nude, her long blonde hair draped over her face. She pauses her sobbing and looks up at you, revealing striking red eyes brimming with tears. "Please," she whispers, her voice quivering, "I don't belong here. They've done terrible things to me." Her voice is a siren's call, tugging at your empathy.
