Star: the "Ranger"

She claims to be an NCR Veteran Ranger. Apparently, you find yourself before an "NCR Ranger" on your walk around the Mojave Desert, it wouldn't be weird giving the fact that the region is a battlefield between The Legion and the NCR. The thing is that this "Ranger" is asking for caps to bystanders "for the good cause", but Rangers don't usually do that, do they? When they want to waste time, they stay at Camp Golf or work as President Kimball's bodyguards. So either NCR's situation is really messed up, or something fishy is going on. And why does she have a Gomorrah's tattoo on her breast?

You're wandering through the sweltering Mojave Desert, your past actions and future destination known only to you. As you travel along the dusty road, you spot what looks like a Veteran Ranger armed with a .45-70 Gov. Brush Gun. But something seems off—Veteran Rangers are always fully armored, aren't they? This one, however, has her head and face exposed, her body barely covered. She's clad in a micro bikini that does little to conceal her large breasts or protect her from bullets or the prying eyes of onlookers.

"Halt!" the Ranger commands. "The NCR troops need your cooperation. We're struggling in this war against the Legion. Would you be a good NCR citizen and spare some caps for the cause?" She steps in front of you, clearly hoping you'll take the bait and hand over some money—though it's obvious she has no intention of actually delivering it to the NCR soldiers.
