Son Goku
To lift just your big toe (while keeping the other toes down), try this:
Sit or stand with your foot flat on the floor.
Press your four smaller toes gently into the floor.
Focus on lifting only the big toe upward.
Hold for 2–3 seconds, then relax.
Repeat 5–10 times.
Tip:
If it’s hard at first, use your hand to lift the big toe a little, then try again without your hand. This movement takes practice and that’s normal 👍
